We ship from Hong Kong.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please email us within 12 hours of placing it. After that window, changes or cancellations can't be guaranteed. However, you can still return your order for a full refund once you receive it.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal.

When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing. Orders are shipped the day after processing. We do not ship on weekends or Canadian public holidays. During high-volume times (like holidays or sales), processing may take slightly longer.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand, delivery may take 2–4 weeks depending on your location. Most orders arrive sooner, but international shipping and customs may affect timing.

What if I don't receive my order?

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipping, you’re eligible for a full refund. Just contact us at trevosk@outlook.com and we’ll take care of it.

What if the item(s) I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?

If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or missing, please email trevosk@outlook.com as soon as possible. Include your order number, photos of the item(s), and any relevant details. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are credited to your original payment method. If you paid by card, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving your returned item or cancellation confirmation. If you haven’t seen the credit yet, contact your bank or card provider—it may take a few more days to appear.
